A year-long programme built with JKR and its CREaTE innovation centre. Prof. Sivarao designed the Innovation Competency Model and Dictionary, five levels of competency that describe what it takes to create innovation, from spotting a problem to delivering the solution.

Representatives from JKR branches across Malaysia answered structured questions to see where they stand, giving every branch a clear picture of what to build next and a common language for its innovative and creative groups (KIK).

The Master Pitch
